Pork Barbeque
2 pound pork shoulder or roast
3 cups water w/chicken or vegetable bouillon or equivalent broth
garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste

Season roast on all sides and place in slow cooker. Add 3 cups broth and turn on high for the first hour. Turn down to low and let cook all day.

Break up the meat and remove any remaining fat pieces. Add the ingredients for the barbeque sauce.

Barbeque Sauce
1 can tomato paste
6 oz. water
2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
1 t. sea salt
1/2 t. onion powder
3/4 t. powdered stevia or to taste
several shakes liquid smoke
2 Tbs. erythritol
1/8 t. molasses
several shakes Tabasco or hot pepper sauce to taste
Stir into pork and cook on low for 30 minutes or until sauce is well blended.
