Cindy's Cole Slaw
16 oz. cabbage, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Greek yogurt (0% fat)
16 drops liquid stevia or to taste
2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. onion powder
sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except for cabbage in the bottom of a large bowl. Add cabbage and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve with a slotted spoon.
