Our mission at Smart Cookie Baker is to provide healthy options for all of your favorite comfort foods, using only healthy ingredients and making these choices delicious and fully satisfying.  Eating healthy doesn't have to mean that you give up taking care of yourself.  "Cheating" is not a way of living and many people must eat well every day or face serious health consequences.  You shouldn't have to feel like you have to cheat in order to satisfy a sweet- (or snack-) tooth!
